Cooking

  1. Pour in oatmeal 100 ml of hot water, leave to swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Grate onion and garlic, add to cereal.
  3. Peel the potatoes, grate the sodium and add to the cereal too.
  4. Shuffle everything until smooth.
  5. Form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs.
  6. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Bring to readiness under a closed lid over low heat.

  • 100 g fresh champignons
  • 1 potato

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • greens, salt and pepper to taste
  • 20 g flour
  • cooking oil

Cooking

  1. Pour boiling water over oatmeal and let it swell for 30 minutes.
  2. Fine grater sodium, onion, garlic and potatoes.
  3. Cut mushrooms into small cubes
  4. Slightly fry the mushrooms in a pan. Finely chop the greens.
  5. To the swollen oatmeal, add potatoes, onions, garlic, mushrooms and herbs. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Add a little flour to hold the meat together.
  7. Form the meatballs and saute until ready.

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp. l oatmeal
  • 400 g minced cod
  • 2 tbsp. l semolina
  • 4 onions
  • 100 g of lard
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking

  1. Grind oatmeal in a blender.
  2. In the minced fish, add an egg, salt, pepper, grated onions and frozen pork lard, 6 tablespoons of ground oatmeal.
  3. Let the mixture stand for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Mix the remaining flakes with semolina.
  5. Form cutlets from minced meat and roll them in dusting.
  6. Fry cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Put the fried meatballs in a small saucepan. Pour in hot milk, carcasses for the first 10 minutes under the lid, then remove the lid and continue to simmer until the milk evaporates.

Ingredients for Cutlets

  • 500 g of any minced meat
  • 3 tbsp. l oatmeal
  • 0.5 tbsp. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes

Gravy Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp. l flour
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp. l cream (can be sour cream)
  • salt, pepper and any spices to taste

Cooking

  1. Prepare the minced meat. To do this, beat the eggs, add milk. Pour oatmeal with this mixture and soak the backlog. Finely chop the onion and garlic, mix with minced meat, salt and pepper to taste, add soaked flakes, mix everything thoroughly. Peel and chop the potatoes.
  2. Form an oval cake from the minced meat and lay on it a potato bar. It should not be very fat in order to better fry.
  3. Connect the edges of the tortilla so that the cutlet does not fall apart during cooking.
  4. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil until golden brown, put in a refractory form.
  5. Cook the gravy. Chop the onion and fry in a pan where the patties were fried. In water, dilute tomato paste, cream (sour cream), flour, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Pour into the pan to the onion. Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices, stew for 5 minutes under the lid, and then pour the patties with this sauce.
  6. Send the baked form for 20 minutes in the oven to bake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
